Fintan Madden
gets his “Irish up” when
competing in a real estate transaction. Originally from Cork County,
Ireland, Fintan has resided in the United States for the past 16 years and
became a citizen in 2004. He comes from a family whose life business was
in Real Estate in Europe. Fintan is a strong negotiator and has natural
instincts when it comes to understanding property values. He is also an
accomplished cook, having been a professional chef in his past career.
Fintan shares his home with his dog, Zazu. He has been an
active member of the Board of the North Shore Health Project for 7 years. Fintan also serves on
the North Shore Association of Realtors on the Member Services Committee. |

Nancy Sclafani
grew up in the area, in
Lexington, and spent many summers visiting the Cape Ann area. After moving to
New York City and Boston for 13 years and gaining business and marketing
experience, she moved to Rockport 15 years ago. With over 20
years of business experience, Nancy enjoys running her own business now
with Fintan. She enjoys sharing her free time with family
and friends. She lives with her husband, Bill, and two children, Victoria
and Timothy. Nancy has been a board member of the Rockport Education Foundation
for 8 years and now serves as the President. She has also served on the Rockport PTO Board for 14 years.
Nancy is also on the North Shore Association of Realtors Grievence Committee and both the North Shore Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee. |
